policy
listed are the rules that the artist wishes the audience to respect and follow:1. do not reupload my artworks without permission nor proper credits.
2. do not use my art to train AI / for NFTs / for cryptocurrency.
3. i do not accept requests/comms to imitate someone else's style.
4. i have the right to decline a request or a commission
5. i may use the final piece(s) for promotional displays, unless the comm is stated private.
6. copyright belongs to me, and you may credit me as wyviunii when using or posting my work/your commission.
7. never claim my work as your own.
process
1. by commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service and adhere to my general policy.
2. message me via twitter (x) DMs with the commission information, not just a "hi" please :(
3. references and descriptions are highly encouraged
4. revisions are unlimited during the sketching process, but will decrease to only 3 minor revisions during the lineart and/or coloring.
5. process may take 3 days to a week, may vary once i have classes.
payment
1. transactions will be through these links ko-fi, or vgen . gcash will be used if the client is filipino!
2. must be full payment upfront, no installments due to transaction fees
3. commercial usage will result to an additional 100% of the base fee
4. rush fee will be 50% of the base fee
5. no full refunds, but rush fees will be refunded if i was unable to finish the piece within the agreed time.
privacy
1. the commissioner may state whether or not the commission is private/NDA
2. a private commission may prevent progress shots or the final piece from being posted publicly for sample displays, this is mutual for both the client and the artist.
3. both the commissioner and the artist agree to not leak each other's private data when the transaction happens.
